Wrenly.ai’s earlier platform struggled to communicate its true value.
The experience felt fragmented, navigation was unintuitive, and the interface didn’t reflect the intelligence or reliability of the product itself. Users found it hard to quickly understand what Wrenly does and why it matters—creating friction at the very first touchpoint.
Goal
The goal was to position Wrenly.ai not just as another HR tool, but as a silent companion inside everyday workspaces.
We aimed to design an experience that feels native to Slack and Microsoft Teams while still offering a powerful, standalone dashboard for leaders. The platform needed to make feedback effortless for employees and insights immediately actionable for managers—bridging the gap between listening and doing.
Solution
The solution was a dual-layered experience designed around where work actually happens.
I crafted a seamless in-chat flow for employees—allowing them to give feedback, recognize peers, and respond to prompts without leaving Slack or Teams—while designing a clean, insight-driven web dashboard for leadership. AI plays a central role in the experience: feedback is automatically summarized, categorized, and transformed into clear action points. The interface was designed to reduce cognitive load, highlight what matters most, and help leaders move from data to decisions faster. Every design choice reinforced Wrenly.ai’s promise: effortless engagement, intelligent insights, and culture-building at scale.
